I use to love this bank. I have been with them for Ten years. I am now seriously considering switching. 1. There is a lady name Tatte there and she is so rude to me every time i go in there. Its ok Tatte id be jealous of me to if I was you! 2. There are fees that we have never had coming out of no where. They just told me they were going to charge me 10$ to print off two bank statements. You can buy 3 whole packs or more of printer paper to replace my few pieces of paper with $10. Plus $7 a month for a maintenance fee. $7 per person per month... What kind of maintenance is needed that will cost that much money? The bank next door promises i will be much happier there. Its just getting the time to do it. The best thing about this bank is the boss Loriane She is amazing and always smiling. I give her an a+.
The bank in general isn't bad, recently they have had some changes. I banked here for many years. This specific establishment has the worst customer service. I would avoid going to this particular bank. I suggest going to Ashland City or Clarksville.
