If you're looking for a brand new $75,000 Silverado you need to go to the dealership and pay $75,000. If you are looking for good guys to find you a used car (or Jeep) these are the guys you want to help you. I had them do some work on my Jeep and they went out of there way to assist me. Even so far as to help me find a place to eat lunch while they worked on my jeep.
I purchased a pickup from Doug's and they gave me a good trade in value for my SuperDuty. I pointed out to James that the truck I was buying needed A/C fixed, a wiper arm and radio antenna. Doug called a day later and indeed they installed new A/C compressor, condenser and fixed the other repairs as agreed. The truck is great and very happy with my dealing and interaction with Doug's Auto.
If I could give them six stars I would. I looked online for the jeep I wanted and it was over an hour away but it was worth a shot. I traded emails with Mark and drove up on a Saturday to test drive the jeep I wanted. I asked to take the jeep back to Dickson to have it checked out and they were good with it. They couldn't have been more helpful.
I would definitely purchase a car from them again.
