I have been more than I have wanted but everytime I have been they have been awesome in helping me get back to what I was before my injury! The staff is very friendly and they care about you and your need to het well. I have been going here for a month and a half. I have been seeing Sarah, she does an excellent job! She actually cares about the patient! I would highly recommend her!Everyone else there seems to be doing a great job too! So if you need some good physical therapy ,this is a great place to go!
They have done me and others I know good. The 'full time' therapists are excellent, the ones they get in for 'temporary duty' when others are out (focus on telling stories, or 'we do it different' where I normally work - types of things), sometimes are do not seem quite as conscientious, and don't always follow the same procedures. Makes me wonder if they are taking 'short cuts'. Not that it is bad, just different and gives me pause. ... It would be rated excellent if all staff was as good as the primary 'full timers'.
Top notch service and caring. I went for 3 years after a harrowing 10 surgeries in 2 years and if not for this facility and Dan, I wouldn't be walking today. I wish I could give them 1,000 stars for giving me my life back!
