I drive out of my way to eat at this particular Wendy's. The staff have always provided me with an excellent customer experience; a customer experience that establishes a certain rapport.
I don't eat here a lot. But my family loves it!! Its very pricy though!

We had experienced horrible customer service at the Dunkin Donuts in this same station, so we walked across the store to get breakfast from Wendy's instead. They were friendly, quick, and the breakfast was hot and delicious!
I *never* write fast food reviews. But I work in Pleasant View and have been going to this Wendy's regularly for 3 years. This is by far hands down the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The food is always fresh and hot. The staff is great and go above and beyond starting with cashiers all the way to the managers. They also give half off to fire, police and EMS which is very much appreciated.
Amazing service and dedication. Have to say the best Wendy's I've eaten at period. Manager Kris was Superior to any manager I've encountered with his work ethics and communication skills with the staff.
